职位描述

一、 岗位职责 Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool ESL program for young children;参与设计与实施发展适宜性的早期英文阅读课程

2. Supervise children and record their progress;承担看护责任并定期记录幼儿成长报告

3.Establish and maintain a healthy and reciprocal relationship with families and member of the community;与家庭和社区成员形成并维系健康互惠关系

4.Maintain program and Library administration;维护项目及图书馆运营

5. Perform other related duties (i.e. marketing) as required 参与其他规定的工作（如市场活动等）

二、 任职资格 Qualifications

1. English native speaker英语母语国家人士;

2. Bachelor's degree or above (BA in Early Childhood Education, TEFL or related fields, would be a huge plus) 本科以上学历（学前、第二语言教学等相关专业优先）

3. At least one year's Experience and strong passion in teaching English for young children 1年以上幼儿英语教学经验和兴趣

4. Can accept a flexible work schedule (weekday evenings & weekends) 能接受灵活工作时间（周末和平时晚上）

5. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment很强的责任心和稳定性

6. Willingness to take a 2 or 3 year contract will be a huge advantage愿接受两年以上合约者优先
